Overview
Crypt Toes is an original display typeface designed by Rachel Quinn in 2022. The inspiration behind Crypt Toes was the more childlike side of Halloween and the month of October as a whole. Casper the Friendly Ghost, Count Chocula, and Spookly the Square Pumpkin all serve as inspirations for this typeface.
Approach
Each letter is comprised of one to three ghosties including a few ghost toes, two eyes, and a mouth which is constantly wailing in agony. They may look happy, but looks can be deceiving; they are all dead, both inside and out.
